I begin my day with some inspirational reading and using my light box.

I use my Alaska Northern Lights lightbox every morning. I'm in law school and it helps me get going every day when the weather in Oregon turns.

Erica has come alive. Her conversation is better, she is more cheerful and eager to engage with those around her. Erica says, "It makes my eyes light up."

I can't imagine not using my Alaska Northern Lights light box every morning before the sun comes up. It certainly helps to wake me up and brighten my mood.

Since getting my light box, the harsh winters here haven't seemed so dreary, and my mood hasn't had the usual winter "dip" I used to have.

I have recommended the lights to several friends and told my physician how helpful I believe they have been to me.
